- 09/01/08     Shelby Shooting Sports Association will now be practicing at the Lakeshore Foundation in Homewood, AL. 

- 07/29/08     Shelby Shooting Sports Association (located in the Birmingham area) is looking for a building to provide air rifle and air pistol training.  The building could be a garage, warehouse or any building with a gym sized open room. 

- 07-29-08     Schedule for fall basic firearms courses will be out soon.  Learn the basics of rifle or pistol safety and the fundamentals of marksmanship.  Learn about the recreational and competitive sport of rifle or pistol shooting.
